本发明提供一种高强度耐候钢及制备方法,其特征在于钢的化学成分为(重量百分比):0.05%≤C≤0.06%,0.25%≤Cu≤0.35%,0.36%≤Si≤0.45%,0.80%≤Mn≤1.00%,0.055%≤Al≤0.065%,0.10%≤Ni≤0.19%,0.41%≤Cr≤0.50%,0.05%≤Mo≤0.15%,0.01%≤Ti≤0.02%,0.016%≤V≤0.030%,0.005%≤Nb≤0.010%,0.005%≤B≤0.008%,S≤0.010%,P≤0.025%,N≤0.005%,余量为Fe。本发明在传统耐候钢的成分中增加了Al、Mo、V、Nb、B等多种微合金元素进行复合合金化,降低了耐候钢中Cu、P含量,消除了Cu、P在耐候钢中引起的铜脆和磷脆危害,同时提高了钢的强度和耐候性能。
